Little Everywhere Production House from Peabody and Emmy Award-winning Journalist Jane Marie Taps Acast for Podcast Monetization
Hit podcasts including “Dear Jane Marie” and “The Dream” distributed across all listening platforms and available to podcast advertisers via Acast
Acast, the world’s leading independent podcast company, today announced a partnership with Little Everywhere, the production house and recording studio from Jane Marie, a Peabody and Emmy Award-winning journalist. Under the terms of the deal, Acast will host, distribute, and monetize Little Everywhere’s owned and operated content, which includes the hit podcasts Dear Jane Marie and The Dream.
A podcast and media industry mogul, Marie is also a former producer of This American Life as well as author of Selling the Dream: The Billion Dollar Industry Bankrupting Americans. As an acclaimed author, Marie’s book has been named to Amazon’s Best Books of the Year So Far list in the business category. Today, Marie is also the host of the Dear Jane Marie and The Dream podcasts. Most recently, she was also named to the Adweek Creative 100, which honors game-changers from across the creative industry.
“Jane Marie has long been a strong voice in podcasting creating shows that listeners love and get the attention of the entire industry. Her deep knowledge of the industry and always engaging content for audiences around the world make Jane the perfect addition to the Acast Creator Network,” said Tim Ruggeri, US Creator Network Director at Acast.
With Little Everywhere’s move to Acast, Dear Jane Marie and The Dream can be heard across all listening platforms. This enables Little Everywhere to reach more audiences with this content as well as for advertisers to scale their reach on these podcasts.
“Through my years in media, I’ve had a front seat to the evolving podcast industry and specifically seen its value to advertisers grow exponentially,” said Jane Marie, Co-Founder of Little Everywhere. “Acast is the one place that’s giving me control and access to back office info about how my work gets monetized. Like, you won’t hear an ad for a vitamin or supplement in the middle of an episode where I’m trashing vitamins and supplements. They were the obvious choice when searching for a new network for Little Everywhere podcasts.”
In addition to its owned and operated content, Little Everywhere has also produced some of the most well-known podcasts in the industry to date, including The Light Podcast from Michelle Obama. Little Everywhere was also behind the production of DTR from Tinder and has worked with household names including Bradley Cooper and Karamo Brown.
