We are partnering with SHE Media, a mission-driven media company, for their annual SHE Media Co-Lab: Future of Health SXSW activation. The SHE Media Co-Lab: Future of Health, will take place March 9, 10 and 11 at YTX in Austin, and will examine new science and innovation advancing women's health while tapping into personal stories of its esteemed speakers. No SXSW badge is required but you need to register in order to catch the amazing thought leadership from our podcasters and other incredible onsite talent.

Acast at SHE Media Co-Lab: Future of Health

The Holderness Family will be recording a live podcast

When: Saturday, March 9th, - 11:35 AM-12:10 PM CT

Where: SHE Media Co-Lab - YTX (206 E 4th St, Austin, Texas)

(Mostly) Thriving With ADHD | ADHD has become shorthand for forgetfulness and poor behavior — and it carries a stigma that suggests that people with ADHD are irresponsible and thoughtless. Kim and Penn Holderness know that all too well, and they’re here to clear up misconceptions and reframe the narrative about living with (and loving someone with) ADHD. After all, the better we all understand what ADHD truly is, the better chance the millions of people who have it can thrive.

Catch Dr. Sharon Malone, nationally known expert OB/GYN, women health expert and host of Higher Ground Audio’s upcoming women’s health podcast, demystify menopause with Dr. Jessica Shepherd.

When: Monday, March 11th, 11-11:45am CT

Where: SHE Media Co-Lab - YTX (206 E 4th St, Austin, Texas)

Menopause is Mandatory. Suffering is Not | Dr. Sharon Malone is joined by Dr. Jessica Shepherd to discuss how to speak up about what you want from your doctor and take ownership of your own health story when it comes to menopause and perimenopause. No one knows you as well as you do, but it can feel daunting to tell that story in a 15 minute check up. As the medical system has become more complicated and less personal than ever it’s important to find confidence in knowing your own body in a time of change, like menopause. They’ll discuss the importance of confidence, questions and intuition in your doctor’s appointments and you’ll discover that hot news flash…life in menopause can be great!

Network with the Acast team!

Acast’s staff will all be on-site all weekend chatting about the wonderful world of podcasting . If you’ll be in town, stop by the above sessions and be sure to message your local Acast sales rep to get on the list for our invite only happy hour that we are co-hosting with She Media on Sunday, March 10th.

We hope to see you there. Yee Haw.
