Acast Inks Global Partnership With Nomono

This is some text inside of a div block.

New deal will provide Acast podcasters the award-winning portable studio Sound Capsule at discounted rate

Acast, the world’s largest independent podcast company, today has announced a new partnership with Nomono, the pioneering developer of audio recording and collaboration tools designed to help podcasters and journalists tell immersive audio stories. Under terms of the deal, Acast podcasters and the company’s global studios will receive a 20% discount on Nomono’s award-winning Sound Capsule device.

“Quality audio is the key ingredient in podcast storytelling. It’s what attracts new listeners – and keeps them coming back – as well as what draws advertising investments into shows and ultimately the medium at large,” said SVP of the Creator Network at Acast Veronika Taylor. “Nomono’s Sound Capsule allows creators to bring their podcast with them wherever they go and capture audio that inspires them. Whether they’re a news podcast gathering sound bites from the field, a busy host traveling for live recordings, or anything in between, Acast and Nomono are making it possible for every creator to create the highest quality audio experience.”

The Nomono Sound Capsule is a portable 4-microphone studio for capturing high-quality audio recordings anywhere. It connects seamlessly to the Nomono Cloud, an online audio editing and collaboration tool where content creators can backup their recordings, collaborate with their production team, and apply state-of-the-art AI-powered enhancements to ensure their audio sounds the best it can before doing the final editing. Each Sound Capsule includes a Wi-Fi enabled recorder that combines four ultra-compact wireless lavalier mics with a 360-degree spatial audio microphone array and weighs less than four pounds. The patented solution enables spatial audio output, and the Sound Capsule is currently the only portable spatial audio recording device on the market.

“Acast is not only one of the largest podcast companies in the world, but home to the highest-quality creators as well. That’s why we wanted to form this partnership and help some of the best podcasters in the world to create an even more memorable experience for audiences,” said Kristine Snyder, CEO at Nomono.

Acast podcasters will be contacted by Acast shortly with the offer code for their Nomono Sound Capsule device.
